بتحميلك أو تسجيلك أو استخدامك لتطبيق Famous ID فأنت توافق صراحةً على الالتزام بجميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة في هذه الوثيقة. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر لاستخدام التطبيق.

By downloading, registering, or using the Famous ID app, you explicitly agree to comply with all terms and conditions in this document. You must be 18 years or older to use the application.

• استخدام التطبيق للتواصل الاجتماعي الإيجابي والمشروع فقط.
• Use the app for positive and legitimate social networking only.
• تقديم معلومات حقيقية ودقيقة عند التسجيل.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• احترام جميع المستخدمين الآخرين وعدم التحرش أو الإيذاء.
• Respect all other users and refrain from harassment or harm.
• الالتزام بجميع الأنظمة والقوانين السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

• نشر أي محتوى يخالف الشريعة الإسلامية أو الأنظمة السعودية.
• Publishing content that violates Islamic law or Saudi regulations.
• استخدام التطبيق لتتبع أشخاص دون علمهم أو موافقتهم.
• Using the app to track people without their knowledge or consent.
• محاولة اختراق النظام أو التلاعب بالبيانات.
• Attempting to hack the system or manipulate data.
• استخدام ميزة Live Takeover لتضليل الطرف الآخر أو إخفاء هويتك الحقيقية.
• Using Live Takeover to mislead the other party or conceal your true identity.
• انتحال شخصية أي مستخدم آخر أو إنشاء حسابات مزيفة.
• Impersonating any other user or creating fake accounts.

ميزة Live Takeover

عند تفعيل Live Takeover يُرسَل إشعار فوري وتلقائي للطرف الآخر يُعلمه بانضمام الشخص الحقيقي للمحادثة. يُحظر تماماً استخدام هذه الميزة بطريقة مضللة أو لإخفاء الهوية الحقيقية. أي استخدام غير أمين يُعدّ مخالفة وقد يؤدي لتعليق الحساب.

When Live Takeover is activated, an immediate automatic notification is sent to the other party informing them that the real person has joined. It is strictly prohibited to use this feature in a misleading way or to conceal true identity. Any dishonest use constitutes a violation and may result in account suspension.

• جميع المدفوعات تتم عبر بوابة Moyasar المرخصة من البنك المركزي السعودي.
• All payments are processed through Moyasar gateway, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.
• تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ الاشتراك قبل 24 ساعة من تاريخ التجديد.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date.
• يمكن طلب استرداد كامل خلال 7 أيام من أول اشتراك.
• A full refund can be requested within 7 days of the first subscription.
• Brand Pro: 99 ريال/شهر · Business Elite: 299 ريال/شهر.
• Brand Pro: SAR 99/month · Business Elite: SAR 299/month.

Famous ID وشعارها وجميع مكوناتها التقنية محمية ببراءات اختراع مسجّلة في هيئة الملكية الفكرية السعودية (SAIP) — رقم الطلب: NP-4604813. يُحظر نسخ أو إعادة توزيع أو هندسة عكسية لأي جزء من التطبيق.

Famous ID, its logo, and all technical components are protected by patents registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) — Application No: NP-4604813. Copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the application is prohibited.

يخضع هذا الاتفاق لأحكام الأنظمة السعودية. في حال نشوء أي نزاع يُتبع: التواصل المباشر أولاً، ثم الوساطة الودية، ثم محاكم المملكة العربية السعودية المختصة في مدينة الرياض.

This agreement is governed by Saudi regulations. In case of any dispute: direct communication first, then friendly mediation, then the competent Saudi courts in Riyadh.
